New Email List for ABL

As of July 17, 2018 the Alliance for Braille Literacy has moved to a
new service for its email list management.  We are now using the
groups.io email platform. To subscribe to our email list 
there, send an email to  brl-lit+subscribe@groups.io
and you will be sent a return message. Reply to it and you're all set.
